MyroQ is a business software platform providing payroll software and developing accounting and compliance products.
2. Website information
Information on this website is provided for general product and service information.
Product features, availability and pricing may change as MyroQ products continue to develop.
3. Accounts and authorised access
Access to MyroQ applications may require an authorised account.
Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and must not share or misuse access credentials.
4. Customer responsibilities
Customers remain responsible for:
- the accuracy of information supplied to MyroQ;
- lawful collection of employee and business information;
- authorising appropriate users;
- maintaining required statutory registrations;
- reviewing payroll and statutory information before submission or use;
- meeting employer and business obligations unless expressly agreed otherwise.
5. Payroll calculations
MyroQ Payroll provides software-assisted payroll and statutory calculation functionality.
Customers remain responsible for reviewing payroll information, employee records and statutory submissions before relying on them for final business or regulatory purposes.
6. Product availability
Payroll is the first MyroQ product being prepared for commercial rollout.
Accounting and Compliance functionality may be described on the website while still in development or pilot stages and should not be treated as commercially available unless expressly stated.
7. Security
MyroQ maintains technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect the platform and customer information.
Customers must promptly notify MyroQ if they become aware of suspected unauthorised access or misuse of their accounts.
8. Acceptable use
Users must not attempt to:
- gain unauthorised access to MyroQ systems or data;
- circumvent security controls;
- interfere with platform availability or integrity;
- use the platform for unlawful purposes;
- access another customer's information without authorisation.
9. Intellectual property
MyroQ software, branding, interfaces, documentation and related materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owners unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Third-party services
MyroQ may depend on third-party infrastructure or service providers.
Availability of those services may affect certain MyroQ functions.
11. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with the MyroQ Privacy Notice.
12. Commercial agreements
Commercial customers may be subject to additional agreements, subscription terms, implementation terms or data-processing terms.
Where those agreements conflict with these general website terms, the applicable signed commercial agreement will govern the relevant service relationship.
